-Follow-up to initial inspection conducted on Sep.16, 2020. -Outstanding application documents received. -Permit fee of $87.50 is due upon receiving health approval. Inspection findings: -Prep cooler is now at 3.4C -All coolers & freezer now equipped w/ thermometers -All hand sinks equipped w/ liquid soap & paper towels in dispensers -Quats sanitizer solution available in labelled spray bottles at 200ppm. Test stri -Dry storage area satisfactory *High-temp dishwasher is only reaching 67-68C at the dish surface during the rinse cycle. A minimum of 71C is required. -Follow-up to occur. Health approval NOT granted at this time.
