Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Dipper well in good working order. Freezer units registered -18 deg C. Single use containers and utensils stored in a manner that is protected from contamination. Two other freezers in the barn area were at -18 deg C. Janitorial mop sink available. Ensure to provide sanitizer (bleach) and mix solution to 100 ppm prior to opening for the long weekend. New manager to take Food Safe 1 training. Other staff have Food Safe 1. Approved to open for the season. Follow up on May 22, 2018. Note: Manager discussed potentially producing a featured ice cream on-site for the Ecodairy.
