- Prepackaged food in one corner of this store, very limited items. No expired food observed. - 2-compartment sink was available for dishwashing. Bleach used for sanitizer. - Pann leaves stored in the original basket with lid on, which was air transported from India. - Hand wash sink was equipped with hand soap, hot/cold running water and paper towel. Owner washed his hands properly before demonstrating the process of making Pann- Excellent! - No pest activity observed during inspection.
