Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Paper towel not placed near hand wash station in processing room. Operator explains that the dispenser falls off. They placed a temporary roll at the hand sink.

Routine inspection conducted.

- Hand wash station is fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot and cold running water after correction
- 3 compartment sink used appropriately
- All processing equipment washed and sanitized every 3/4 hours. Equipment in use at the moment
- QUAT hose used to sanitizer equipment. 200ppm QUATs
- Dry storage is adequate. All items stored above the floor
- Processing room at 9C
- Walk-in cooler at 4C
- Freezer unit measured at -18C
