Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed 2 dairy produts past expiry date.
Corrective Action(s): Discard expired foods immediately. Ensure to monitor for expiration dates and implement 'First In First Out' practice.

Observation: 1. The hand sink in the front area has no paper towels. Corrected during inspection.
2. The hand sink in the front area is clogged as staff had been dumping food debris into it. Observed some food debris in the sink at the time of inspection. The manager noted that the repairment is scheduled for this afternoon.
3. The hand sink in the coffee area has loose faucet. Repair is needed.
Corrective Action(s): DO NOT DUMP FOODS INTO THE HAND SINK. THE HAND SINK IS FOR WASHING HANDS ONLY. Staff are to use the handsink in the coffee area to wash hands properly until the hand sink in the front is repaired.

- Probe thermometer and alcohol swab available
- Hot dog ingredients in cooler measured 12C. Discarded every 4 hours.

NOTE:
- Declutter the back area for easy access to the sink.
- Ensure that all hand sinks are fully stocked with liquid soap and paper towels at all times
