Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Knife observed stored inbetween sandwich prep cooler and prep table.
Corrective Action(s): Store knives in knife rack or quat sanitizer when not in use.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bar glasswasher not dispensing iodine in final rinse. Sanitizer pump not moving
Corrective Action(s): Glasswasher is closed. Rewash all glassware in the bar area in main dishwasher. Recods have not been recorded for glasswasher since August 2017..
Operator was able to get pump sanitizer pump moving on glasswasher. Glasswasher dispensing at 16.5ppm. Glasswasher may reopen.

Recaulking needed in dish pit area.
