Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bar fridge at 21C as fridge is broken. Juices, cream and sauces must be stored at 4C. Products had just been brought to the front for lunch so they were returned to the back fridge.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure fridge is repaired and maintaining 4C before food is placed in the fridge.
