Follow up to report MBEK-CUBU2W. Sink noted on most recent routine health inspection report is now supplied with hot and cold running water. No leak observed under dishwasher at time of inspection. Slicer maintained in sanitary condition. Area under drink dispenser has been cleaned and sanitized since previous inspection; however, two droppings observed in corner of this area. Area was re-cleaned and sanitized during inspection. Supervisor stated that premises was serviced by pest control on Friday, August 11, 2023; however, supervisor unable to locate copy of pest control report. Supervisor called pest control company during inspection in the presence of the Environmental Health Officer to obtain another copy of the report.
