Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff on site was not observed to have washed hands. Blue gloves on were washed/rinsed.
**Corrected during inspection** Operator spoke with staff concerning hand washing and glove usage.

Educate all staff to understand the importance of hand washing. Gloves are single use tools only and are not to be washed. Change gloves whenever hands are to be washed.
