Routine inspection: Note: microblading services no longer offered. Tattooing and permanent makeup: 2 compartment sink provided with liquid soap and single use paper towels. Low level disinfectant available for disinfecting work surfaces. Service chairs covered with single use paper liners. Ink with expiry dates dispensed into single use ink caps. Needle with cartridge sterile, lot numbered and single use. Sharps containers available for disposing of needles. Tattoo pen is covered with plastic during service. Clip cord cover also used. No lidocaine or pain numbing creams used. Consent form and after care instructions provided to clients. Flooring and lighting adequate. General sanitation is good.
