- 200ppm chlorine sanitizer available in a labelled spray bottle.
- Floors have been cleaned/sanitized after the routine inspection.
- Walk-in cooler has been cleaned/reorganized.
- Walk-in freezer has been partially defrosted but still to be completed. OK.

NOTE: Chest freezer lid to be replaced.
