Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand wash station 2 in kitchen is relocated next to other sinks; this was re-supplied with liquid soap and paper towels in dispenser.
Battery is running low on both dispensers.
Corrective Action(s): Operator has placed other options at this hand sink to allow hand washing during the inspection, thank you.
Please ensure these are both fixed as soon as possible.

Observation: Hand washing sink in kitchen is blocked by line cooler (on wheels).
Second hand washing sink in hallway area (food prep) beside samosa prep area has been permanently disconnected, plumbing removed.
Correction: 1. Unblock hand sink and allow access for all employees.
2. Supply the other sinks with soap and paper towel, both are available in facility, (2 comp or the 3 comp) to allow hand washing during food prep, at all times.

Hand wash station 1 at entrance of kitchen (samosa prep station) is supplied with liquid soap and paper towels in dispenser.
This hand sink has been re-connected to plumbing, thank you.
Sugar and flour are piled in front of this sink.
Please remove before employees return back to work after break.

Ventilation hood appears to be clean and free of grease. Thank you.

Ensure that all changes to layout of facility including equipment, structures attached such as sinks - these changes must be applied to the Health Office in advance and approved before completed.
