Observations:
- All coolers measured at 4'C or lower
- All freezers measured at -18'C or lower
- Temperature logs maintained
- General sanitation of premise is excellent
- Hand washing stations supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Multiple 3- and 2- compartment sinks available on-site and supplied with drain plugs
- Bleach sanitizer measured ar 200 ppm chlorine concentration with test strips
- Chlorine test strips available on site
- No signs of pests during time of inspection
- No cooking or food preparation observed during time of inspection
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
- All food is at least 6 inches off the floor and protected from potential contamination
- Dry stored ingredients stored in pest-proof containers
- All chemicals are stored in the cleaning room with the mop sink
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff available on site
