-Two compartment sink with drain board installed. Please ensure approvals from all other applicable agencies have been obtained.
-All coolers are at 4C or below
-All freezers are at -18C or below.
-Handwashing sinks equipped with liquid soap, hot and cold running water and single use towels.
-Rice cookers have been replaced.
*Ensure a surface sanitizer is available at all times (1/2 tsp of house hold bleach per litre of warm water or 2 cups for the buckets you are using).
