Follow-up to routine inspection #KLIU-C4VSBR Code 308 has been corrected: - digital readout on 2-door cooler read 1C upon arrival to inspection and fluctuated between 1C-4C. - probe thermometer inside cooler read 3.8C - kitchen may use this cooler now to store dairy products as per usual. Sanitizing bleach solution in bucket measured 200ppm. Report emailed after reviewing observations with manager on site.
