Cold holding units were 4 C / 40 F or colder
Freezer units were -18 C / 0 F or colder
Monitoring records (temperature and sanitation) were available, however not up to date. Operator to ensure monitoring records are up to date.
Sanitizer (quaternary ammonium) was at 200 ppm in spray bottles used to sanitize food contact equipment.
Pest control in place, no sign of pest activity at the time of the inspection
Note: kitchen area requires thorough cleaning and reorganization to maintain sanitary condition.
