Follow up inspection conducted. The following pending items from the previous inspection have been corrected: - Ceiling and all walls in kitchen were re-painted. Surfaces are now in good repair and easily cleanable. A significant improvement is noted. - Metal sheet which was placed on top of floor has been removed and flooring tiles which were damaged or missing have been replaced. Surface of floor is cleanable without crevices where debris/grime can collect. Ensure that if any additional tiles become damaged, that they are replaced and floor remains in good repair.
