Routine inspection: - All hand wash stations have hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel - All coolers were 4C or lower - Sandwich coolers were 4C or lower - All freezers were -18C or lower - 200ppm Quats sanitizer available in spray bottle and for three compartment sink - Food storage practices were adequate *Move the cardboard containers to be at least 6 inches off of the ground* - Chemical storage was adequate - Operator demonstrated adequate food safety knowledge and practices regarding meat cones - Food equipment labeled/color coded to prevent cross contamination - Ventilation hood/canopy cleaned on a weekly basis - No evidence of pest activity during inspection/ pest control comes twice a month - Operator stated that screen doors have been ordered and will be installed shortly No signature required due to COVID-19 Please contact the health inspector if there are any questions or concerns.
