Corrective Action(s): Their sanitizer is manually mixed. Instructed manager to mix the QUAT sanitizer to a higher concentration, 200ppm. QUAT sanitizer remixed and measured 200ppm. Violation Score: 15

- Handwashing stations fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. - All coolers =<4C - All freezers =<-18C - Hot holding table and rice in rice cooker >=60C - Manager has valid FOODSAFE - Three compartment sink available for manual dishwashing - Permit is posted - Dry storage is well organized. - General sanitation is good. Note: - A few ants were observed at the back area by dry storage. Discussed with manager about the issue. She said that pest control company knows about the issue and is dealing with it.
