Follow-up to inspection of Feb. 28th. Food temperatures in the food preparation fridge measure < 4 C. A new replacement food preparation fridge has been obtained and is scheduled for installation tonight. A re-inspection will be conducted next week to verify proper operation of the new fridge. The existing fridge will be disposed of when the new fridge is installed.
