-Coolers are below 4 degC
-Freezers are below -18 degC
-Rice is being hot-held at 68 degC; chili and gravy in the warmer are above 65 degC; pasta sauce on the grill is at 62 degC
-Hand sink's fully equipped.
-Exhaust hood has been serviced
-wiping cloths are stored in 200ppm bleach solution
-Two-compartment sink has been retrofitted with a proper faucet and taps so that hot and cold water can be mixed.
-A new sliding door display cooler has been added in the front and the convection oven has been removed.
-The hotholding unit has been moved closer to the kitchen entrance (by the fryer) and an extra table has been added at it's original location.
