Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-ATMUK8: - All bulk bin cabinets are equipped with proper covers that completely cover the food items. Scoops are to be stored with handles not touching the food items. - Signs posted for customers to store the scoops in a manner in which the handles do not touch the food items. - All dry food bags are completely sealed in bags. - Surface sanitizer available in white bucket with presoaked wiping cloths at 100ppm chlorine solution at the meat station. Ensure to change out the solution regularly (ie every 4 hours, every night). - Meat slicer was kept in clean condition. No build up of food debris. - Sliding doors have been installed on the display cooler at the meat station. The display cooler was measured at 4C. - All handwashing stations (meat station, three compartment sink, staff washrooms) are now stocked with hand soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water. - Most recent pest report conducted by Advance Pest Control indicates low activity of pest. Routine pest inspections are to be done quarterly. Note: Coffin cooler at the meat station is still not functioning. It is in process of being replaced with a new unit. There is adequate cold storage in other working coolers.
