- Quat sanitizer solution available in bucket for storing wiping cloths at 200 ppm. Reminder to also have sanitizer solution available in small container for storing wiping cloth under the espresso machine
- Undercounter coolers and display cooler were measured to be at or below 4C
- Walk-in cooler (shared) was measured to be at 2C
- Upright freezer and walk-in freezer (shared) were measured to be at or below -18C
- Ice machine maintained in sanitary condition
- General sanitation excellent
