- Along floor/ wall edges under 2-compartment sink beside high temperature sanitizing dishwasher.
- Along floor/ wall edges under low temperature chemical sanitizing dishwasher.
- Along floor/ counter wall edges and along plumbing under bar sinks.
- Under 3-door kitchen display cooler.
- Between 2-door kitchen display cooler and millwork.
- Under 5-door drawers/ door cooler.
Corrective Action(s): - Remove droppings and thoroughly clean above listed areas.
- Use chlorine bleach solution (1 tsp chlorine bleach + 1 L water) on affected areas.
- Report pest activity to your pest control company. Follow all recommendations.
- Ensure all areas of the premises are accessible for pest control service.

- Handsinks are accessible and supplied with hot and cold water, liquid soap and papertowels.
- Coolers are maintaining acceptable temperatures (≤4C).
- Freezers are maintaining acceptable temperatures (≤-18C).
- Hot Holding (steam table) is maintaining hot food (gravy) at an acceptable temperature (64C).
- Food storage practices appear satisfactory. Food is protected from contamination.
- Interior of ice machines appear maintained in a sanitary condition.
- EcoLab Sink and Surface Cleaner Sanitizer: 0.27 to 0.55 ounces/ gallon dispensed from dispenser. Sanitizer bottles available throughout kitchen food preparation areas and bar area.
- High Temperature Sanitizing Dishwasher: 74.9C at dish surface. Minimum Wash and Final Rinse Temperature gauge readings achieved per unit data plate.
- Low Temperature Chemical Sanitizing Dishwasher: 50 ppm chlorine residual
- General sanitation of premises appears satisfactory.
- FOODSAFE requirements are in compliance.

Note: Operator has added an additional stainless steel prep table at kitchen entrance (across from high temperature sanitizing dishwasher) for additional food prep space. Prep cooler unit has been relocated to the end of existing prep counter (across from cook line). No objections.
