Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): * Sanitizer was not adequate(concentration was 0 ppm) at beginning of inspection; operator changed sanitizer solution immediately to maintain 200 ppm quaternary ammonium
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure sanitizer maintained at 200 ppm quaternary ammonium at ALL times in buckets to store wiping rags

* Freezer units was -18'C or colder
* Cooler was 4'C/40'F or colder
* Hand sinks had liquid soap and paper towels; operator and staff reminded to wash hands immediately after handling cash, etc.
* Sanitizer was available but not at proper concentration; operator changed immediately (200 ppm for quaternary ammonium)
* Note: storage issues to be addressed; to reduce risk of cross contamination
* Renovations and repairs to be completed
