Observation: Walk-in cooler has still not been serviced. Operator informed that technician has been contacted several times and will come sometime today. No potentially hazardous foods stored in the walk-in cooler at the time of inspection.
Corrective Actions:
1) Do not store any potentially hazardous foods in the walk-in cooler until written approval is received from the Environmental Health Officer.
2) Service the walk-in cooler so the temperature is being maintained at 4C or below.
