Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Ice cream scoops (two scoops) kept in warm water baths
2) Ice scoop kept along with multiple other equipment that are not in use
Corrective Action(s): 1) Operator cleaned and sanitized ice cream scoops at the time of inspection and were placed in ice water bath.
2) Operator cleaned and sanitized ice scoop at the time of inspection and was kept in a clean and sanitized manner.

Observation: 1) Green mold was observed on the grill part of the machine
2) Sanitizer dispenser was not able to dispense QUATs at all.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Empty the ice bin, clean and sanitize the grill area to ensure all green mold has been removed.
2) Repair or replace sanitizer dispenser to ensure 200 ppm QUATs is able to be dispensed. Do not use the dispenser to dispense sanitizer until follow up inspection was performed to inspect the equipment. In the mean add 1 cap full of bleach to the sanitizer pails and use chlorine sanitizer instead of QUATs.
