Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand wash station by cooking line had broken liquid soap dispenser. Liquid soap bottle was placed near the hand wash station as a temporary fix. Person has been called to come in and service the liquid soap dispenser.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that all hand wash stations are properly stocked and maintained at all times. Liquid soap dispenser to be repaired by: July 13, 2021

Observation: 1) Food itmes were observed to be on the ground in the walk-in cooler
2) Food items were observed to be left uncovered in the walk-in cooler
3) Bowl left in rice container
Corrective Action(s): 1) All food items must be at least 6 inches off of the ground
2) All food items that are not cooling down or being immediately used must be covered with a food grade material to ensure food is protected against contamination
3) Remove bowl from rice container after use. Do not leave bowl or other utensil in rice container

Routine Inspection:

- Other than the one listed above, all hand wash stations had hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel available
- Low temperature chemical dishwasher reached 50ppm at plate surface
- Chlorine test strips available
- Walk-in cooler was 4C or lower
- Glass door cooler was 4C or lower
- Sandwich preparation cooler was 4C or lower *Ensure to use a probe thermometer to routinely check the temperature*
- Two chest freezers were -18C or lower
- 200 ppm chlorine available in sanitizing buckets for food contact surfaces
- No pest activity observed during inspection
- General sanitation was adequate
