Observation: Food equipment and utensils (ie. tongs, pizza dough sheeter, cheese grater, etc.) were not cleaned and sanitized prior to closing the restaurant and left overnight.
Correction: Clean and sanitize all affected equipment and utensils. Ensure this is done regularly throughout the day and before closing. Do not leave dirty equipment and utensils overnight as this can attract pests.
