- Thermometers are available for coolers and freezers
- Three compartment sink available for manual dishwashing
- 200 ppm Quat sanitizer is available in spray bottle
- Secondary cooking step is done for donair before storing in hot holding unit
- No signs of pests observed during inspection

*Cleaning needed for high contact surfaces such as handles for coolers and freezers and faucet knobs.
