Follow up inspection to the report #JGUU-CRNMA2 conducted: The facility renovated as per approved floor plan. All coolers measured at 4C or less (see an exception in the violation section). All freezers are at adequate temperature. Products are stored frozen. Hot holding units measured at 60C or higher. Food contact surface sanitizer measured at 200 ppm QUATS. Hand washing stations are equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. General sanitation is adequate. No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. Routine pest control in place. The facility may resume their operation.
