Observation: The door handle on the upright cooler is not intact, impeding sanitary maintenance of the area where foodhandlers touch to open the door. This was addressed last year and has yet to be repaired.
Corrective Action(s): Repair the handle or replace the cooler unit. DATE TO BE CORRECTED BY: April 30, 2019

Comments

Following improvement was noted:
- Leaking pipe under dishwasher has been fixed
- New baseboards are put in around the perimeter of the food preparation area
- Food contact surfaces are cleaned of any food spills/debris
- Door sweeps installed under exit doors
- Reviewed the pest control report with the operator; the pest control professional has produced a comprehensive report regarding entry points, nesting site etc. which the operator has been working on.
- As per the last pest control inspection, the rodent activity has significantly reduced.

General:
- Hot & cold running water available
- Working handsink is equipped with liquid soap & paper towels
- 200ppm QUAT sanitizer available
- Low temp dishwasher achieved >50ppm chlorine residual
- Glasswasher achieved 100ppm chlorine residual
- Temperatures of refrigeration units are adequate
- Temperature monitoring log is in use
- Dry storage is adequate (in pest proof containers, off of floor)
- Ice machine is maintained in a sanitary manner
