Follow-up Inspection Conducted - Refer to inspection report #SDHI-CW5QMS for outstanding violations Observations: - All coolers at or below 4'C - General sanitation has improved. Clutter has been removed and a new wire shelving unit has been placed in the snack bar for storage of equipment - Hand washing stations are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel - QUATs sanitizer in pail with wiping cloth measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration with test strip - Rodent droppings have been cleaned. No recent rodent activity observed - Staff on site has valid FOODSAFE level 1 training Notes: - Inspection report will be emailed to the operator Please contact the health inspector for any questions or concerns.
