- Paper towel dispensers installed. Soap dispensers at the handwashing station and back washroom must be installed immediately.
- A copy of the complete menu received
- An updated Food Safety Plan received
- The operator moved the prep table from adjacent to the handwashing sink to another location. No risk of water splashes contaminating the food.
- Begin temperature log immediately
- Foodsafe certificates received.
- Please post the Operating Permit in a conspicuous location once you receive it.
