Comments

- Follow-up to routine inspection conducted on May 26, 2023 (Report #YTAN-CS7QVV).
- Prep cooler for appetizers has been serviced. Ambient temperature of 4C or colder maintained.
- Door for prep cooler storing gravies/curries has been fixed such that it is no longer falling off.
- Bleach sanitizer solution available in the back kitchen at 100 ppm (chlorine residual). Quats sanitizer solution available at the server station and at bar at 200 ppm. Sanitizer spray bottles were properly labelled.
- Deep cleaning has been completed in the following areas: ventilation canopy, under/behind cooking equipment, under dishwashing area, and all cooler door handles.

*Cutting boards that are stained and/or heavily scored are to be replaced as they cannot be properly cleaned and sanitized. See violation noted above.
