| Community Care Facilities Licensing [CCFL] received a complaint on Febuary 16, 2021, alleging concerns regarding care and supervision, records and reporting, health and hygiene, and physical requirements. All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was received and reviewed from interviews, an inspection of the physical facility, and documentation. The following contraventions were substantiated: - Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR) 55(2)(a) Records and reporting - CCLR 46(1) Health and hygiene - CCLR 14(2) Physical requirements of facility - CCLR 56(1)(d) Community care facility records and policies |
