Observation: Domestic deep fryer was being used for making tempura. The premise does not have a kitchen hood and was not approved to use the deep fryer.

Observation: 1) Bowls used to scoop uncooked rice and tempura powder.
2) Open trays of raw prawn stored on top of miso soup bowls
3) Spray type insecticide found on the dry storage shelf.
4) A tray of frozen gyoza found in the chest freezer with no cover.
Correction: 1) Discontinue the use of a bowl as a scoop. Supply proper scoop with a handle to dispense foods to limit food to hand contact
