- Grime inside the ice machine was cleaned at the time of inspection. Ensure the top of the ice making panel is regularly monitored & cleaned. - Low temperature dishwasher reached 47.8C during the final rinse cycle and the final rinse water had 100ppm chlorine. Operator stated that the setting for the chlorine dispenser has been adjusted by the technician. Violation Ticket served as a result of violation noted from the inspection KKIM-CYJSFY. Ensure the violation does not repeat in the future.
