Well maintained and operated. Sanitation is excellent. Refrigeration measures < 4 C. Freezer temperatures measure < -18 C. Temperatures are monitored and recorded by a central computer system and, in store by staff. Product shelf-life is closely monitored. A preventive rodent control program is in use. No evidence of rodents. The dairy display cooler is presently being repaired. No recommendations.
