- Hand-washing basins are stocked with hot/cold water, soap, and single-use towels
- Refrigeration temperatures are ≤4o Celsius
- Freezer temperatures are satisfactory
- Mr. Clean is currently being used as a sanitizer for non-food contact surfaces. (Food-contact surfaces must be rinsed with clean water if the Mr. Clean product is applied to them)
- Chemical-sanitizing dishwasher providing ≥50ppm chlorine residual during rinse cycle
- Operator has replaced the Stero Low-temp dishwashing machine with a different model (CMA Dishmachines L-1X16). This model has manual prime buttons on the front for the chemical supplies.
