-Premises is no longer making daahi (yogurt) on-site.
-Sanitizer (chlorine at 100 ppm) available in spray bottle - make sure bottle is labelled.

Reminder: all raw meats and poultry is to be cooked to an internal temperature of 74 C. Verify temperatures with a probe thermometer.
