General observations:
Walk-in cooler was 4 degC
Pop cooler was 3 degC
Small chest freezer was -18 degC
Large chest freezer (upstairs storage unit #10) was -20 degC
Hot holding display unit and rice warmers were all 60 degC or above
Hand sinks were fully equipped. DO NOT STORE ANYTHING IN THE BACK HANDSINK. IT MUST BE ACCESSIBLE FOR HANDWASHING AT ALL TIMES.
Bleach sanitizer for in-use wiping cloths was 200ppm
No signs of pests
At least one staff on duty had FS Level 1 certification
