- General sanitation satisfactory
- Handsink in front service area supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. Observed frequent handwashing by staff on duty.
- 3 compartment warewashing sink supplied with hot and cold running water, plugs to fill sinks for manual warewashing and quats sanitizer from a dispenser.
- Quats solution from dispenser measured 200ppm. Test strips present to verify concentration.
- Quats sanitizer solution present in spray bottle at front food service area. Concentration measured 200ppm.
- Coolers were operating at acceptable temperatures (4C or colder):
- Walk-in cooler 3C
- Sandwich/dairy cooler 2C
- Condiment cooler 4C
- Freezers were maintaining product in a frozen state
- Undercounter stainless freezer -15C
- 2 door reach in stainless freezer -15C
- Breyers ice cream freezer -20C
- Single door reach in freezer -17C
- Hot holding of potentially hazardous foods was at acceptable temperatures (60C or higher)
- Taquitos 74-77C (on roller)
- Cheeseburger bite 74C (on roller)
- Chicken strips/drumsticks 63-67C (hot holding case)
- Jamaican patties 63C (hot holding case)
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection.
- Store Mgr present and has completed SafeCheck (Foodsafe level 1 equivalent training) July 17, 2019.
- New cover for condiment cooler is in place. This was addressed from previous inspection report.
