Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Hot holding unit was > 60 C.
The dishwasher reached 72 C at the plate level. Ensure that it is checked daily. The temperature should be a minimum of 71 C at the plate level or 82 C (180 F) at the manifold.
Bleach sanitizer solution available. 1 tsp of bleach per liter of water is required for food contact surfaces.
Chlorine test strips available for use.
No evidence of pests.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
