- Handsinks supplied with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot / cold running water.
- Prep cooler (bottom): 3.2 C, top at 4 C.
- Walk in cooler: 3 C.
- Walk in freezer - satisfactory (Note: Excessive accumulation of ice on the motor/clean or service).
- Beverage cooler - satisfactory (Note: bit high /the inspection is conducted at the lunch time/ ensure the temperature of the cooler <= 4.0 C).

- Low temp dishwasher achieved 100 ppm for chlorine residual on rinse cycle.
