Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Flour, rice scoops being stored directly inside of bins and rice bags in direct contact with food. Scoops partially submerged (including handles). This is a hazard for contamination of food, as food handlers are coming into direct contact with the flour and rice each time the scoops are used.
Corrective action: Store scoops separately from containers (corrected during inspection).

Observation: Main standing fridge in poor sanitary condition. Back of fridge needs cleaning to remove food residue, as well as the wire shelving. Large amount of dust buildup also observed on the outside of the ventilation hood. This dust can settle onto food and contaminate it.
