All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Dishwasher final rinse cycle reached 74 C at the plate level. No evidence of pests. Traps are in place. Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. General sanitation was satisfactory.
