Comments

Food is still being brought over from the Queen's Park Care Center. Temperature records are being recorded here when the food is received. Food is not being reheated here, it kept hot until it is served. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Steam tables were turned off during the inspection, but the temperature records were available. The dishwasher reached 74 C at the plate level. Temperature records were up to date. No evidence of pests. Staff are FoodSafe certified. Quats sanitizer solution was tested at 200 ppm. General sanitation was satisfactory.
