Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted at the time of inspection.
Facility does limited food preparation and limited meals are offered once a week on Thursday. Cooked meals are offered at noon & early evening time.
No food production was performed at the time of inspection.
Cooler units at 4C
Chest freezer at -18C.
No pest activity noted
General sanitation level was good
2 large pots of tomato meat sauce was place on the stove and were made approximately 2 hours prior to inspection. Internal temperature of food products were at 81C. All foods must cool within the following time and temperature requires: 60C to 20C in 2hrs, then 20C to 4C in 4hrs. Food products were portioned in shallow containers to help speed up cooling.

Facility only does limited food production throughout the week. If the volume of food and services increase, then more commercial equipment in terms of coolers, food preparation space and dishwasher may be required.
