Routine health inspection. Coolers at 4 degrees C or less. Freezers satisfactory. Hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels available for hand washing. Two compartment sink available and supplied with hot and cold running water. Bleach available on site. Discussed: For a food contact surface sanitizer (for knives, if cutting fruits/vegetables) mix 1 teaspoon unscented household bleach in 1 litre of water (100 to 200 ppm chlorine bleach). No cutting of fruits/vegetables at this time. Dry food storage satisfactory. Cans in good condition (sample of cans checked). No bulk food. No repackaging. No signs of pest activity at time of inspection
